CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION REGARDING
WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD EXTENSION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. The Council declares its intention to join with the County
of San Mateo in the Westborough Boulevard Extension project,
and set forth in agreement the provision regarding the
nature and eXtent of City participation.
2. The Council declares its intention to form an assessment
district to ~provide for acquisitions, construction and
installations, engineering and related costs for the
portion of Twelve Mile~ Creek improvement between West
Orange Avenue and Colma Creek.
3. The Council orders the scheduling for the agenda of
August 18, 1969, and submission to the Council at that
time for vote an agreement between the City of South
San Francisco and the County of San Mateo providing for
the construction and installation of the Westborough
Boulevard Extension and Twelve Mile Creek improvement
from Junipero Serra to Colma Creek.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of August , 1969 ,
