CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF EL CB_MINO 'REAL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The execution of the agreement between the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the State
of California acting by and through its Transportation Agency,
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, providing
for the improvement of State Highway Route 82 (El Camino Real),
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
2. Funds shall be encumbered as set forth on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
regular meeting held
