CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT RELATED TO
UP-85 (PHASE 1), MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPED
AREAS AND INCLUSION OF PARCEL WITHIN A
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco
is authorized to execute the approval and acceptance of the
agreement entitled "Agreement, Related to UP-85 (Phase 1),
Maintenance of Landscaped Areas and Inclusion of Parcel
within a Maintenance District", executed by Union 0il Company
lC~69 and the City Clerk is authorized
of California on June 18, ,
to record or cause recordation of said agreement in the Official
Records of the County of San Mateo.
