A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTP.~CT
JUNIPER0 SERRA AND HICKEY BOULEVARD
INTERSECTION LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
ahd published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 26th day of August , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as ....
described and specified:
JUNIPER0 SERRA AND HIZKEY BOULEVARD
INTERSECTION LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hareinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the mater£als, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the uni~ pri-
ces named in their bid to wit'
Collishaw Sprinkler Co., Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a writuen contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby direcue~
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was ice-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of ~he
