A~:~S~L~ION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
INVESTIGATION REPORT UNDER
DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
ARMOUR - LINDEN STORM DRAIF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Cour.cil of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the City Public Works Director, a
competent person for this purpose, is hereby directed to proceed
and prepare such information as may be required therefor, to
make a report in the form set forth in Division 4 of the Streets
and Highways Code, for the following improvements, to wit:
The construction of storm drainage pipes and all
necessary appurtenances ir. an existing storm drain
easement extending generally along the rear lot
lines of parcels of land fronting on Linden Avenue
Extension, from an existirg box structure located
about 60 feet southeasterly of the northwesterly
line of Assessor's Parcel No. 12-102-02 and running
thence southeasterly about 550 feet to the lands
of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
all as more particularly described in Resolution No. 5153
A Resolution of Preliminary Determination under Division 4 of
the Streets and Highways Code, adopted by this Council on
September
, 1969, to which resolution reference is
hereby made~ for a particular description of the general nature,
location and extent of the proposed improvements, of the bounda-
ries or extent of the district or lands to be specially assessed
to pay all the costs thereof, and of the Statutes under which
the proceedings therefor are proposed to be conducted.
I hereby certify that. the foregofn9 resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd .day of September, 1969, by the
following vote:
