HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5157-1969 RESOLUTION NO, 5157 A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARIL%' APPROVING ENGINEER'S REPORT AND FIXING TIME ;~ND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON, UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE ARMOUR - LINDEN STORM DRAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Co%u~cil of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, this Council ordered the City Public Works Director, under Division 4 of ~he Streets and Highways Code, to prepare a report for the following improvements ~in said City, to wit: The construction of storm drainage pipes and all necessary appurtenances in an existing storm drain easement extend- ing generally along the rear lot lines of parcels of land fronting on Linden Avenue Extension, from an existing box structure located about 6¢ feet southeasterly of the northwesterly line of Assessor's Parcel No. 12-102-02 and ~running thence southeasterly about 550 feet to the lands of~ the Pacific Gas and Electric Company. WHEREAS, said report has b~.en completed and presented to this Council, and this Council has examined said report; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDE_RED, as follows: 1. That said report is 'hereby preliminarily approved and ordered filed with the City Clerk, who shall endorse thereon the fact and date of this approval° 2. That Monday, the 6th day of October, 1969, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are kereby fixed as the time and place for hearing upon said report. 3~ The City Clerk is hereoy directed to give notice of the heartug on said report in th-- form provided by law, by mail- ing copies of said notice at least thirty days prior to the date of the hearing, postage prepaid, to each person to whom land in the proposed assessment district is assessed on the last equalized assessment roll of said City, at his address aS shown upon such roll, and to each person whether owner in fee or having a lien upon or legal or equity inter~st in any land within the proposed district, whose name and address and a designation of the lands in which he is interested is on file in the office of the City Clerk° I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 2r.d day of September, 1969, by the following vote: AY£S, COUNCILMHN I!
