A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
ARMOUR - LINDEN STORM DRA-_N ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has ascertained the general prevailing
rate of per diem wages in the locality in which public work is
proposed to be performed for work of a similar character to that
described in Resolution of In~ention No. 5156 adopted on
September 2, 1969;
WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con-
tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which
are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works and
also in the office of the City Clerk of said City; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scale and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED,
as follows:
1. That said wage scale as set forth in said specifications
is hereby established and adcpted as the prevailing rate of per
diem wages for work of a simtlar character to that above described
in the locality in which suc~. public work is proposed to be per-
formed.
2. That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution of Intention.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution ~as regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 2nd day of September, 1969, by the
following vote:
