CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
10 ACRE PARK - WESTBOROUGH ,
RESOLVED, by the City 3ouncil of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice,~ bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the l~th day of September , 196~ _
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made' 'as
described and specified:
Plans entitled "Improvement Plans Westborough Park"
Specifications entitled "Specifications Improvement
Plans Westborough Park"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, sapplies and equipment, necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid tD wit:
A & J Shoc2er, Inc.
2. That"the Mayor .of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk ~f said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reQular , meeting
held on the 15th day of September , 19
