A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CALLAN PARK WEST
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
~qtEP~EAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the l~+.h day of September , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be mad~s
described and specified:
Plans entitled "Callan Pa~k West" '
Specifications entitled f'Specifications Callan Park
West Site Developmenz and Landscaping"
NOW, TF[EREFORE, IT !S ORDERED as follows:
i. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contracu for doing the work and improvements and
~-urnzshzng t,,e materzals, supplies and eauipment necessary.
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at ~he unit
prices named in their bid to wit'
A & J Shooter, Inc.
2. That:. the M~yor of said City is hereby authorized to
,make and enter into a written contrac~ with said successful
bidder, and ~he City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his sign.ature.~ and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City. ~
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Landscape Architect for project to maximum of $900 for
services plus printing costs ............. $1,000.00
b. Resolution 5138 - Approving Plans and Specs and
calling for bids - cos1' estimate at time was
$41,500, however, contract now awarded for
$46,670.00

4. Additional Costs:

P.G.&E. for hook up charge for electrical service and
