CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL, ORANGE
MEMORIAL PARK.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 12th day of September , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified'

Plans entitled "Municipal Swimming Pool, Orange
Memorial Park"
Specifications entitled "South San Francisco
~ %~ ~ ~1 ~cifications"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT ~oz£ows:
1. That said Council ~oes hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid tp wit:
Martinelli Const~uction Company.
2. That"the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a writt~.n contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk ~f said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall ba encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and ad3pted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 15th day of Septeaber , 1969 ,
by the following vote:
