CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A .RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
BLASTING PERMIT TO CABOT, CABOT $ FORBES
AND THEIR CONTRACTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon the filing of approval by the Director
of Public Works and the Chief of the Fire Department, the City
Clerk is authorized to issue a blasting permit, including a
permit to store explosives for blasting purposes on the terms
and conditions set forth in Ordinances 202, 203, 373 and 398,
and Health and Safety Code Sections 12100, et seq. and other
related ordinances, statutes and regulations, and the terms
and conditions set forth in the permit entitled "Permit -
Blasting and Storage of Explosives for Blasting Purposes in
the Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Area."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adcpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
