^ RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS ON
RESOLUTION OF INTES'TION NO. 5156
ARMOUR - LINDEN STORM DRAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Cour. cil of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council did, on September 2, 1969, adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 5156 to construct public improve-
ments in and for said City;
WHEREAS, on September 2, 1969, this Council adopted a reso-
lution appointing time and place of hearing protests in relation
to the proposed improvements and directing notice;
WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place therein
stated in the manner provided by law, as appears from the affi-
davits on file in the office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearing at the
time therein fixed; and
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communi-
cations were publicly read at slid meeting and all persons
desiring to be heard were fully heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDE.~ED, as follows:
lo That protests .against said improvements were not
signed by the owners of a majority or more of the area of the
lands within the assessment dis'~rict, or of the area of the
lands within the assessment district assessed for the costs
and expenses of said work.
2. That said protests be, and each of them are hereby
overruled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of October, 1969, by the following
vote:
