A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMEFTS
ARMOUR - LINDEN STORM DRAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council. of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the project trader Reso-
lution of Intention No o 51.56, adopted by the City Council of
said City on September 2, 1969, was $50,000, of which the
City was to contribute $25,000, leaving a balance to assess-
ment of $25,000;
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work said
estimate may be reduced to $£4,224, of which the City will
contribute $22,112, leaving a balance to assessment of
$22,112;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the total
assessment is hereby reduced to $22,112, and that each of the
individual assessments shall be reduced by its pro rata share
of the difference be~i~ween the original assessment and the
new assessment°
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of October, 1969, by the following
vote:
