A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SPECIFICATIONS FCR DREDGING COLMA
CREEK AND TRIBUTARIES - 1969
RESOLVED, by the City ~ouncil of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the z3rd day of September , 1969
for the work to be done and the improvement to be
described and specified:
SPECIFICATIONS FOR DREDGING COLMA CREE~ AND TRIBUTARIES
1969 - MOBILE TRUCK CRANE WITH 3/4 YARD BUCKET
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS )RDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the kma__terials, s'~ppl%es and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible Kidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid t.) wit:
Barton Construction Company - Tributaries of Colma Creek
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is 'hereby directed to
attest his signature.and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
CitY of South San Francisco at a regul&r meeting
held on' the 6th day of October , 19 69 ,
by the folloWing vote:
