CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE 'OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC.,
A DELAWARE CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grant Deed from Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
California Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation, dated
September 10, 1969, which conveys to the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, the parcel of property
described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of
the Grant Deed in the Official Records of San Mateo County.
