CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO OF CONTI~UOUS UNINHABITED TER-
RITORY DESIGNATED AS A PORTION OF THE SAN BRUNO
PARK UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT SITE'.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of April, 1969, the Local Agency
Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo did pass and
adopt Resolution No. 218 entitled "Resolution of Local Agency
Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo Making Deter-
minations and Approving the Proposed Annexation and Withdrawal
of Territory Designated as G.M.T. Investors Lands to the City
of South San Francisco," which Resolution described the bound-
aries of the territory proposed t° be annexed to the City of
South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of
South San Francisco and is uninhabited territory in the County
of San Mateo~ State of California, and

WHEREAS, the owners of said territory have given and
executed their written consent as provided by law that the
property within the annexed territory shall be annexed to the
City of South San Francisco;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the day of , 19 ,

at the hour of p.m. is hereby fixed as
the date and time, and the Council Chambers in the City Hall
of the City of South San Francisco, is hereby fixed as the
place when and where any person having objection to the
proposed annexation thereo-- may appear before the City
Council of the City of Sou:h San Francisco and protest the
annexation of the aforesai_~ territory to the City of South

being ~escinded, the bianks need not be fiiIed in.)
San Francisco which is more particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this
Resolution to be published at least twice but not oftener
than once a week in the "Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper
of general circulation published in said City of South San
Francisco, the City to whick it is proposed to annex the
aforesaid property, and also in the San Marco "Times", a
newspaper of general circulation published outside the City
of South San Francisco, but in the County of San Marco,
California, the County in which is located the territory
proposed to be annexed to the City of South San Francisco,
said publication to be completed at least twenty (20) days
prior to the date set for said hearing.
The City Clerk is directed to cause written notice of
the hearing to be given as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
