CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1969 CORPORATION YARD ROOF
RE CONSTRUCTION.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that ·
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and 'published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 22nd day of October , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
NOW' THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies an.d equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsmble ~dder, at the unit'
prices named in their bid to wit:
Joe E. Eoerle
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is.hereby directed to
attest his signature .and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City. ~.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
'Exhibit. "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the 'foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
