A RESOLUTION AUTHORI5ING ACCEPTANCE OF AN
EASEMENT FROM UNITED ARTISTS THEATRE
CIRCUIT, INC., A MARYLAND CORPORATION--
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STREET AND SIDEWALK PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the easement granted by United Artists
Theatre Circuit, Inc., a Maryland corporation, to the City
of South San Francisco for s~reet and sidewalk purposes
dated October 27, 1969, is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to cause recordation of said grant in
the Official Records of San I4ateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
regular meeting
