CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
SUPPLEMENT TO INDENTURES BETWEEN THE
SOUTHERN PACIFIC COF. PANY AND THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO RELATED TO
CROSSINGS NUMBERS E-10.64-C AND E-10.?3-C.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the Supplement to the
two indentures dated June 2~ 1966 between Southern Pacific
Company, a corporation of the State of Delaware, and the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, related to
Crossings Numbers E-10.64-C and E-10.73-C, which Supplement
provides for the sharing of the costs of maintenance of the
automatic grade crossing prctection at said crossings shall
be shared in the proportion of 50 percent each, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said under-
taking on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his sig-
nature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 17th day of November , 19 69 , by
the following vote:
