CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE
OF CALIFORNIA (WESTBOROUGH AND SKYLINE
BOULEVARDS INTERSECTION)04-SM-35 PM 26.2,
04209 - 414701, DISTRICT AGREEMENT #4-0143-C.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement between the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the
State of California, acting by and through its Business and
Transportation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, wherein provision is made for the modification of
traffic control signal systen and safety lighting at the inter-
section of Westborough Boulevard-Sharp Park Road with State
Highway Route 35 (Skyline Boulevard) is hereby authorized and
the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a r.g,,lar
