A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
ARMOUR-LINDEN STORM DRAIN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, t.~at
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds
to be issued pursuant to Res31ution of Intention No. 5156,
adopted by this Council on S~ptember 2, 1969. The Notice of
Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch,
shall be giVen by said law firm causing copies thereof to be
mailed to the various banks and bond houses interested in the
Purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the date of
Sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and
the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the fcregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of December, 1969, by the follow-
ing vote:
