A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
ARMOUR-LINDEN STOP~M DRAIN
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Co'~ncil of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5156,
adopted by this Council on September 2, 1968, and its
Resolution calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant
thereto, adopted on December 1, 1969, notice of said sale
has been duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Clerk,
as fixed in said notice, and i~ave been publicly opened,
examined and declared, and have been referred to this Council
for consideration~ and
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed in said
notice for considering the bids for the purchase of said
bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they
are hereby, rejected, and tha~ said bonds be, and they are
hereby ordered sold to Karne¥ Barberian ,
as the highest responsible bi~der therefor, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby
directed to have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the
'same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said
bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the per-
formance of the conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rase of said bonds be, and the
same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the forec~oing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of December, 1969, by the following
vote:
