A RESOLUTION OF AWA!LD OF CONTRACT
HICK~-Y BOUL~-VARD DITCH IN~PI~)VFJ~ENT
F~ESOL~TED, by the City ouncil of the City of South
San Francisco, that
%.~iEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
an~ published notice,, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 15%h d~y of December , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement go be mad~-~s
described and specified'

HICKEY BOULEVARD DITCH IN~oROVEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DRDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, suop!ies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
Collishaw Sprinkler Co., Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City 'Clerk ,)f said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A~' attached hereto.
I hereby certify that nhe foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 15th day of December , i9 69 ,
by the following vote'
