CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CHAINLINK FENCE INSTALLATION--
DIAMOND AVENUE.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Cityl of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids ~ere publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 23rd day of December , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
CHAINLINK FENCE INSTALLATION--DIAMOND AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS CRDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that tereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, snq~plies and.e, quipm.ent necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid tc wit:
Anchor Posts Products, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with' said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk cf said City is 'hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto. '
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adcpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of .T~n~lary , 19 70 ,
