CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1969 GRAND AVENUE BRANCH LIBRARY
LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 16th day of December , 19 69
for the work to be done and the improvement to be madej as
described and specified-
1969 GRAND AVENUE BRANCH LIBRARY '
\~LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS CRDERED as folldws:
1. That sai~ Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that h=.reinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, suoplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
Decker Electric Co., Inc.
2. That-the Mayor of s~id City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal. of
the City.

3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto. '
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of January , 1970 ,
by the following vote:
