CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC SERVICE
EASEMENT IN WEST PARK 3 LOCATED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE 10-ACRE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. A public service easemer, t be declared and established as
met forth in Exhibit A attached hereto;
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is hereby
authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City
of South San Francisco and the City Clerk is authorized to
attest his signature thereto; and
8. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record
or cause the recordatior, of said public service easement
in the Official Records of San Mateo County.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held

Frcmcisco, Parcels 1, 2 and 3, recorded on December 21, 1967 in Volume 5409 of
Official R~cords of the County of San/V~teo, State o[ Cc~lifornia, at page 217,

described as follows:
BEGINNING ct the northwesterly corner of said Parcel 1 i
