CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO EXCLUDE
A PORTION OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS G.M.T. INVESTORS LANDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
declares its intention to exclude a portion of
uninhabited territory designated as G.M.T. Investors
Lands, and more particularly hereinafter described.
2. The Council further declares that the proceedings have
been initiated by this legislative body for the purpose
of realigning the boundary lines in said area, accommodate
more feasible public i~provement installations and meet
with the findings and determinations of the Local Agency
Formation Commission.
3. The Council finds and determines that the Local Agency
Formation Commission of the County of San Mateo has approved
the proposed exclusion of the territory designated as
G.M.T. Investors Lands.
4. The Council does hereby set a public hearing to consider
the proposed exclusion, said hearing to be held on the
21st day of January , 19 70 , at ~.-00
p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco,
California, and the City Clerk is authorized to cause
notice of the proposed exclusion to be published at least
once in a newspaper of general circUlation published in
the City, which publication shall be completed at least
ten (10) days prior to the date set for the hearing.
5. The description of the territory proposed to be excluded
is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

AREA TO BE EXCLUDED
FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
A portion of 98.506 Acr~ Parcel, the Lands of G.M.T.
Investors, as said Parcel is shown on that certain Record of Survey
~Map filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of.San Mateo,
State of California on July 8, 1968, in Book 6 of L.L.S. Maps at
pages 121,..122, and 123, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the corporate limit line of the
City of South San Francisco ani~ in the line common to aforesaid
98.506 Acre Parcel and to that certain 9.050 Acre Parcel described
in the Deed to the San Bruno Park Elementary School District,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder' of the County of San Mateo,
State of California, in Book 3724 of Official Records at page
516, distant thereon, North 31° 07' 58" East 365.00 feet from
the intersection thereof with che northeasterly line of that
certain map entitled "Rollingwood No. 3, San Bruno, San Marco
County, California", which map was filed in the Office of the
RecOrder of the County.of San Marco, State 'of California, on
August 12, 1955, in'Book 43 of Maps,-at pages 16, 17, 18 and
19; thence from said Point of Beginning along said corporate
limit line and said common line, South 31° 07' 58" West 365.00
feet to the intersection thereof with aforesaid northeasterly
line of Rollingwood No. 3; ther,ce along last said line South
64° 51' 02" East (South 64° 52 02" East, Map)'ll0.19 feet;
leaving said line North 13° ,54' 33" East 370.1~ feet to the Point
of Beginning.
Containing an area of 20,000 .square feet, more or less.
