A RESOLUTION AgTHORIZING RELEASE
OF A PORTION OF PARCEL 15C FROM
THE SECURITY A~REEMENT AND RELATED
ACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, that request, for a release of a parcel
from the agreement between City and Caesar Callan Homes,Iht,,
et al, recorded June 19, 1967, in Book 5322 of Official
Records of San Mateo County, Pages 132 through 200, having
been received and duly considered, and the Council desiring
to so order the release so that dedication of the easement
may be made to the Westborou~h County Water District for
District purposes, the Council so orders the release and
authorizes the execution of any and all necessary documents
and escrow instructions to e[fect said release.
I hereby certify that the 'foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
