1, The City Clerk .of ~aid City be., and-he is' .hereby,
directed to call for bi.ds for the:"sale of l~provement bonds'' to
be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4236 adopted
by this COUncil on June 28, 1965, to represent a portion of the
unpaid increase in assessments described in' Resolution No,
5241 , A Resolution of Intention to Make Changes and Modifi-.
cations, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial~ Park Unit No. 2
ASsessment District, adopted by 'this Council on February 2 ,

2. The Notice of. Sale, in form t.o be.prepared by Wilson,
Jones, Mort0n"-&'Lynch, shall ~e given by the Clerk Causing
copies thereof to be mailed tm the various banks and bond
houses interested in the purcaase of such bonds at. least ten
days before the date of s. ale mf said bonds.
3. The City will furni3h the legal opinion o~..-~ the'~:,law
firm .of.Wilson, Jones, Morton & L~nch' San Mateo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the 1;galitY of the proceed~ngs~ and the
issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the forec, oing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd Cay of February, 1970, by the following
