directed to call flor-bids flcr the sale off ~nproYement bonds to
be issued pursuant to Resol~tion ofl Intent!ion No. 8~l~ adopted
by this cOUncil ofl ~anuary 15, 1967, to r_ePresent a portion
~'he unpaid increase in assessments described In Resolution
No. 5242 ., A Resolution o~ Intention to Make chan~es and
~odi~ica~'ion's, Cabot, Cabot ~ Forbes Xndustrial Park Unit No.
~-A Assessment District, ado~ted by-this Counc~'l on February 2 ,
1970.
~. The 'Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson~
Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be ~lven by the Clerk causing'
copies thereof to' .be mailed ;o the va~-'.~"-~ous banks and bond
houses interested in the pur:hase of such bonds at least
days before the date of sale of said bonds.
3. The City will furnhsh the legal opinion of the law
firm'"~°f WilSon, Jones, 'Morton & Lynch, San Ms~teo, California,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings a~nd
the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City CouncL1 of the Ctty of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of February, 1970, by the following
votes
