A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXE ~"UTION OF MODIFICATION OF
"AGREEMENT BETWEEN LANDOWNERS, AND DECLARATIONS CON-
CERNING RESPONSIBILITY IN ~ONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENT
WORK, ESTABLISHING COVENANTS RUNNING WITH THE LAND"

RESOLVED, by the City Cof~ncil of the City of South
SanFrancisco, California, tha~
WHEREAS, there has been ~his day presented to this
Council a form of Amendment to Agreement entitled, "Amendment
to Agreement Between Landowners, and Declarations Concerning
Responsibility in Connection w~th Improvement~Work, Establish-
ing Covenants Running with the Land," which has been approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and which Amendment to Agree-
ment has been executed by Cabo~, Cabot & Forbes California
Properties, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, this Council has read and considered the pro-
visions of said Amendment, and the public interest and economy
will be served thereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That the Mayor execute said Amendment to Agreement
in the name of the City in such multiple copies as are neces-
sary or useful, and that the CLty Clerk attest his signature
and affix thereto the corporate seal.
2. That the City Clerk shall cause a copy of said Amend-
ment to Agreement, duly acknowledged by the parties thereto, to
be recorded in the office of t~.e County Recorder of San Mateo
County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Councxl of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1970, hy the following
vote:
