A RESOLUTION 0RDERIN] CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO.2
ASSESS_trENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Re~olution No. 5241 of this Council
ordering same, adopted on February 2, 1970, notice has been
duly given of the intention of this Council to change and
modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No. 4236
adopted on June 28, 1965; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed written
protests against said proceedings or any part thereof, and
all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modi-
fications were fully heard and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0 RDERED, that
All protests and objections be, and they are hereby

overruled.
The changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Int=.ntion be made and had, all as
more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution
Noo 5241 adopted February 2, 1970.
I hereby certify that the fozegoing resolution was regularly intro-
duCed and adopted by the City Courcil of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1970, by the followt%lg vote:
