A RESOLUTION ORDERIN¢- CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-A
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5242 of this Council
ordering same, adopted on February 2, 1970, notice has been
duly given of the intention of this Council to change and
modify the proceedings under Resolution of Intention No.
461B adopted on January 16, 1967; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part
thereof, and all matters and things pertaining to said
changes and modifications were fully heard and considered
by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OP. DERED, that
1o Ail protests and o~jections be, and they are
hereby overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all
as more particularly d&scribed and set forth in said
Resolution No. 5242 adopted February 2, 1970.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Coun:il of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1970, hy the following vote:
