A RESOLUTION O.~DERING MODIFICATION IN
BOUNDARIES 07 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-A
BOND SERIES 70 - MODIFICATION NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore expressed its
intention, in Resolution No. 5245 adopted February 2, 1970,
to order a modification in the boundaries of the assessment
district formed pursuant to .~esolution of Intention No. 4613,
adopted January 16, 1967;
WHEREAS, all of the conditions and events set forth in
said Resolution No. 5245 as being prerequisite to the order-
ing of said modification hav=_ been fulfilled and have hap-
pened in due time and form r.=quired by law, and this Council
has acquired jurisdiction to order said modification;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0.~DERED, that the boundaries of
the assessment district f°rm~=d pursuant to said Resolution
of Intention are hereby modified to conform to the map
referred to in said Resolution No. 5245, entitled "Proposed
Modified Boundaries of Cabot, Cabot ~ Forbes Industrial
Park Unit No. 2-A Assessment District, Bond Series ?0, Modi-
fication No. l", dated June, 1969, on file in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Ma'teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 2nd day of March, 1970, hy the following vote:
