A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
EL CAMIN0 REAL SIDEWALK PROJECT
ASSESSME ~NT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the City Treasurer of
said City be, and he is hereby appointed as the person
to whom payment of assessments shall be made under
Resolution of Intention No. 5002, adopted by this Council
on December 16, 1968, as subsequently amended, and that
his office in the City Hall, South San Francisco,
California, is hereby designated as the place at which
the said payments will be made, and the Superintendent
of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in
connection with collecting sadd assessments.
I hereby certify that the forec, oing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1970, by the following
vote:
