HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5268-1970 RESOLUTION NO, 5268 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING REFUND BUTLER ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, tha~ WHEREAS, Diagram and Assessment No. 24, levied pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3943, adopted May 18, 1964, has since been amended into Diagran and Assessment Nos. 24A and 24B in the respective principal amounts of $4,009.71 and $5,145.79; WHEREAS, the Auditor's Record prepared in connection with said amended assessments erron,,~ously showed principal payments for the fiscal years 1968-69 through 1971-72 of $546.48; WHEREAS, said amount sho]ld have been in the amounts of $307.12 for each of said fiscal years; WHEREAS, the owner of said property has paid said errone- ous principal amounts for the fiscal years 1968-69 and 1969-70 and is therefore entitled to a refund in the total amount of $478.72; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the amount of $478.72 shall be refunded in cash to the person who paid said assessments in cash, said refund payment to be made from the Bond Interest and Redemption Fund for said project. 2. That the Auditor's Record prepared in connection with said amended assessment No. 24B shall be amended to show the correct principal payments of $307.12. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1970, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILN~EN NOES, ABSENT, " Frank J.
