MAINTENANCE FOR WEST PARK COMMON GREENS
~OnVm'D, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
~.,.'.m, RE~-:.S'~, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 12th day of March , i9 70
for the work to be done and the improvement to se made"a's
described and speci-fied:
"WEST PARK COMMON GREENS MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS"
NOW, TH~EREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that 'hereinafter mentioned, and hez-eby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furni{hing the materials, suop!ies. .. and equipment necessary
therezor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit'
A & J SHOOTER & ASSOCIATES, INC.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as sec forth on
Exhibit "A~'~ attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meaning
held on the 16th day of March , 1970 ,
by the following vote:
