CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTY SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING ASSISTANT
POLICE CHIEF.
WHEREAS, Captain Augustine Terragno has served as
Acting Chief of Police and by reason of that service and a
long, distinguished career in the Police Department of
South San Francisco, has gained a broad view as to the
organizational needs of the department; and
WHEREAS, the Council chesires to have the benefits of
his broad experience availaole to the new Chief of Police;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Council hereby
declares its intention to have Captain Terragno serve as
Assistant Chief of Police, with the term and other terms
and conditions of said service to be determined.
I hereby certify that 'the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and ad. Dpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francis co at a r~g,J~nr meeting
held on the ~6th day of March , 19 70 , by
the following vote:
