CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY--
REGARDING ACQUISITION OF BODINSON PARCEL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that public interest and necessity require the
acquisition by the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, of the following
parcel of real property situated in the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that t?.e foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 6th day of April , 19 70,
by the following vote:
