A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF
INVESTIGATION REPORT UNDER
DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
IMPROVEMENT OF 12 MILE CREEK ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, tha~ the Director of Public Works,
a competent person for this purpose, is hereby directed to pro-
ceed and prepare such informatLon as may be required therefor,
to make a report in the form set forth in Division 4 of the
Streets and Highways Code, for the following acquisitions and
improvements, to wit:
The construction of a concrete box drainage cUlvert~in the
existing surface drainage ditch from near the intersection
of West Orange Avenue and Camaritas Avenue easterly to and
across E1 Camino Real to r~ear the southwesterly line of the
old Market Street Railway right-of-way, the confining,
stabilizing, and lining of said existing surface drainage
ditch across said right-of-way, the construction of a
concrete box drainage culvert from the northeasterly end
of said ditch near the northeasterly line of said right-
of-way northeasterly across the Southern Pacific Railroad
right-of-way and about 50 feet beyond, and the confining,
stabilizing, and lining of said existing,surface drainage
ditch from the northeasterly terminus of said culvert con-
tinuing easterly to Colma Creek, together with~ the acqui-
sition of all lands and easements necessary therefor;
The acquisition of all lands and easements and the con-
struction of all work auxiliary to any of the above and
necessary to complete the same;
all as more particularly described in Resolution No. 5290 ,
A Resolution of Preliminary Determination under DivisiOn 4 of
the Streets and Highways Code, adopted by this Council on
May 4 , 1970, to which resolution reference is hereby made
for a particular description of the general nature, location
and extent of the proposed acquisitions and improvements, of
the boundaries or extent of the district or lands to be
speciallY assessed to pay all the costs thereof, and of the
Statutes under which the proceedings therefor are PropoSed to
be conducted ~
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Counc:l of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 4th day of Nay, 1970 by the following votes
