A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
EL CAMINO REAL SIDEWALK PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the CitM Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California~ that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is
hereby directed to call for bids for the sale of improve-
ment bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 5002, adopted by this Council on December 16,
1968. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by
Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by said law
firm causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bondhouses interested in the purchase of such
bonds at least ten days before the date of sale of said
bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opiniOn of
the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regUlarly
introduced and adopted by the ~tty Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 4th day of May, 1970, by
the following vote~
