CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT--IMPROVEMENT OF EL CAMIN0 REAL
BETWEEN 0.1 MILE SOUTH OF CHESTNUT AVENUE
AND 0.1 MILE NORTH OF ARROYO DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that executicn of the agreement between the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the State
of California, acting by and through its Business and Trans-
portation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, providing for the improvement of E1 Camino Real,
between 0.1 mile south of Chestnut Avenue and 0.1 mile north
of Arroyo Drive, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and ad Dpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of ~a¥ , 19 ?0 , by the
following vote:
