CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO
STIPULATE OR AGREt WITH ATTORNEYS FOR
HEALY-TIBBITTS REGARDING BREAKWATER REPAIR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement with Healy-Tibbitts
Construction Company and Argonaut Insurance Company, their
insurers, or their respective attorneys, regarding the
respective rights and defenses of the parties, related to
settlement negotiations for repair of the breakwater and
piling at Oyster Point Marina.
