CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
BLASTING PERMIT TO MERCK COMPANY, INC.,
FAIRLEY CONSTRUCTORS AND MAGISTRETTI.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, an application having been made by Fairley
Constructors, general contractors, for a permit to conduct
blasting operations on Mere< Company, Inc., property, it is
hereby ordered that a blasting permit be issued to Merck
Company, Inc., Fairley Constructors and their subcontractor
C. A. Magistretti, on the terms and conditions contained in
Ordinance No. 202 of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adcpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
