CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED
FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING OF CITY HALL.
RESOLVED by the City .2ouncil of the City of South San
Francisco that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened and examined
on the 24th day of April , 19 ?O , for the
work to be done and the improvement to be made as described
and specified in the plans entitled "City Hall Air Condition-
ing System;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DRDERED AS FOLLOWS:
That said City CoUncil does hereby reject all said
proposals or bids and orders return of their bid bonds to
the respective bidders.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
