A RESOLUTION A'TARDING SALE OF BONDS
EL CAMINO REAL SIDEWALK PROJECT
ASSESS.W~ENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5002,
adopted by said Council on December 16, 1968, as subsequently
amended, and its resolution calling for bids on the sale of
bonds pursuant thereto, adopied May 4, 1970, notice of said
sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Clerk
as fixed in said notice, and have been publicly opened,
examined and declared and have been referred to this CoUncil
for consideration; and
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed in said notice
for considering the bids for the purchase of said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to ~n Brothers ,
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer.be; and he is hereby directed
to have said bonds'printed, &nd that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the
amount 'therefor and upon the performance of the conditions
contained in said written, offer.
B. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the
same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of June, 1970, hy the following
vote.'
