RESOLUTION CALLINO FOR SEALED PROPOSALS AND
FIXING LIQUIDATED DAMAGES FOR FAILURE TO
COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN TIME SPECIFIED
SOUTH MAPLE AVENUE - SOUTH CANAL STREET
RELIEF PUMP AND STORM DRAINAGE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Cour.cil of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the time for receipt of
bids set forth in the Resolution cited in the title,
adopted by this Council on May 4, 1970, is amended to lO:O0
o'clock A.M. on June 15, 1970. Bids will be publicly opened,
examined and declared on said day and hour and referred to
and considered by the Council at its meeting at 8:00 o'clock
P.M. on June 15, 1970.
The City Clerk is directed to notify all prospective
bidders who have taken out a set of plans and specifications
of said changed date.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of 3une, 1970, by the following
vote:
