CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING USE OF PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY EASEMENT - SUNSHINE GARDENS.
WHEREAS, an exhibit of interest by the residents of
Sunshine Gardens in beautifying the Pacific Gas and Electric
Company easement in their area is acknowledged, and
WHEREAS, the Hahn, Wise, Inc. , study on beautifying
easements in the City is feasible under Group III Projects,
Item Q;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~.ESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that said Council endorses
early action by the appropriate department of the City to
enter into negotiations with Pacific Gas and Electric Company
on a contract for this easen.ent, if such contract be let by
Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of June , 19 7Q by the
following vote:
