CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING REPAIR OF DIKE -
SANITARY LAND FILL AT OYSTER POINT MARINA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
1. Request is hereby nade to the South San Francisco
Scavenger Company to complete the plans and specifications for
permanent repair of the dike, said plans and specifications to
be based on the soils engineer's report and recommendation and
presented to Council for approval.
2. The South San Francisco Scavenger Company be permitted
to perform certain remedial work on the dike to control erosion
and leaching if same are occurring.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
