A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
SOUTH MAPLE AVENUE - SOUTH CANAL STREET
RELIEF PUMP AND STORM DRAINAGE
ASSESSMAqtT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the Treasurer of said City
be, and he is hereby appointed as the person to whom payment
of assessments shall be made under Resolution of Intention
No. 52??, adopted by this Council on April 6, 1970, and
that his office in the .City Hall, South San Francisco,
California, is hereby designated as the place at which the
said payments will be made, ~nd the Superintendent of
Streets is hereby relieved cf all responsibility in con-
nection with collecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Col:ncll of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of 3une, 1970, by the following
vote:
